The Buyer

The Buyer wants to protect their investment before they make it. By purchasing an LPC report, the buyer knows what to expect when purchasing their desired property, or knows it's better to walk away. An LPC report helps the buyer create a plan for development needs, get to know the local area, and even how to attract their favorite hunting species to their favorite hunting spot.

The Realtor

The Realtor scored big — a 500 acre ranch. Prospective buyers are flooding in with big offers, and along with them come a lot of questions she doesn't know the answer to. An LPC report provides answers to the "where can I build my barn?" questions. She can distribute the report to prospective buyers, or keep it for her own records. Either way, the LPC report helps her get the best offer from the best buyer.
